Stratus is part of Basler & Hofmann AG. Basler & Hofmann AG treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations. This data privacy statement is intended to inform you about the use (collection, processing and use) of your personal data. This includes the name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.

Access data
Data about every access is collected whenever our website is visited and saved as “server logfiles” on the servers of hosttech GmbH in Switzerland (see section “Storage of your personal data”). The following data is logged:

The data collected is only used for statistical analysis and to improve the website. However, we reserve the right to check the server log files at a later date if there are clear indications of unlawful use. Server log file data is deleted after 14 days.

Our website offers you the option of contacting us by e-mail and/or using the contact form. You can also enter our client section by using a personal login. In all these cases, the information you provide is stored in order to process your enquiry. We would like to emphasise that you disclose this information voluntarily and only with your consent. Use of Leadfeeder
Our website uses the Leadfeeder service, which is operated by Liidio Oy /Leadfeeder, Keskuskatu 6 E, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. Leadfeeder accesses the list of website visitors' IP addresses provided by Google Analytics as part of its analysis and links the list of IP addresses to information about the companies that can be found on the internet under these IP addresses. As the IP addresses of website visitors are already shortened when using Google Analytics, a direct reference to a person is not established. Storage of personal data
Our website is hosted by punkt.de GmbH, Kaiserallee 13a, 76133 Karlsruhe, Germany.
Your personal data collected during the course of your activities on our website is hosted on servers operated by hosttech GmbH, Hofmattbachstrasse 1, 6207 Nottwil, Switzerland. The servers are protected against unauthorised access by third parties to the best possible extent. Regular backups are made. They are kept at the server location of hosttech GmbH in Nottwil for 7 days and at the location of punkt.de GmbH in Karlsruhe for 14 days.
User rights: information, correction, transfer
You have the right to obtain information about your stored data free of charge at any time and the right to correct it. Please contact us for this purpose. You will find our contact details above under "Contact details".
You also have the right to request the transfer of your personal data to another data controller free of charge. Please note, however, that we cannot adapt your data record to the special format requirements of another data controller.
