Overview of buildings for portfolio management – canton of Graubünden

Project overview

The canton of Graubünden owns around 400 real estate properties in total. Its central portfolio management department intends to gain a complete overview of its buildings and has chosen to do this with Stratus, which will be used to draw up long-term cost forecasts for maintenance of the real estate portfolio and a multi-year investment plan.

Our services

Status surveys in 2 stages distributed over the entire region of the canton, covering the 130 largest buildings, software training and implementation, workshops with the persons responsible for the objects and portfolio in order to compile investment projects.
