Determination of the financial requirements of the town of Baden

Project overview

The town council of Baden wanted to know where it stood – what level of investment was required in order to preserve the value of its infrastructure and real estate in the long term? This called for a method that was suitable for all four portfolios – Sewage Systems, Roads, Engineering Structures and Buildings – and would return data on which comparisons could be based. This is why Baden opted for Stratus. Political budget discussions now centre on a comparable and generally accepted basis across all portfolios.
